Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis North - Carmel, an IHG Hotel

The room was clean. My fridge was freezing everything so I had to pull it out and turn the nob down and it worked better with no freezing. I didn't get to swim but the pool looked nice. The walls are pretty thin but they do space people out so as long as they aren't fully booked you probably won't have anyone in the rooms to either side of you. I come from a very small town so having close access to so many restaurants and shopping was awesome.

I’m a very light sleeper and my first room was a little too close to the office area and they gave me a room change without any issue after that my state was perfect

Very comfortable and clean. The room was much larger than I expected, which was so nice. I wish we had stayed for more than one night now! Plus, we had a refrigerator and microwave in our room. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of parking, and I appreciated that the whole parking lot was fenced around the outside. The free breakfast was great and appreciated - lots of options there (hot sausage, gravy, biscuits, eggs, cinnamon rolls - cold yogurt, juice, boiled eggs, milk - there was cereal, you could make waffles, or grab a bagel or fruit, you could make coffee or tea.. I feel like most people could find something they like there.) I did not explore the surroundings too much, but it is close by to some restaurants, small stores and gas stations.

The breakfast was amazing! It was super convenient that there were to go bags. I loved all of the options!

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bed was extremely comfy. Even though it was on a busy road, it was very quiet. Very stylish and modern.
